What's in the box: When it was running, a box usually held a themed set of art supplies and instructions for a guided creative project.

Artful by Ohh Deer is no longer a subscription. Ohh Deer says it has stopped running subscriptions, and Artful boxes are now sold only as one-off products. We do not know exactly when the subscription ended. Ohh Deer is a UK brand best known for greeting cards, stationery, gifts and art prints, and Artful was its art supplies box. When it was running, subscribers received a themed selection of art materials along with instructions for a creative project to work through. It suited people who wanted a regular prompt to make something and a chance to try new materials without having to pick them all out themselves. The Ohh Deer website is still live and sells cards, stationery, gifts and prints. A notice on the homepage says the company has temporarily suspended its service into the US because of tariffs and changing rules for shipments, so the site now serves UK customers only. Wholesale buyers are sent to a separate site. If you want a recurring art supplies box, you will need to look elsewhere. If you only want a single Artful box, check what Ohh Deer currently lists, and treat it as a one-off purchase, not an ongoing service.
