Atom & The Dot

What's in the box: A box typically contains the materials and illustrated instructions, with trivia, for several Art Science activities and experiments.

Atom & the Dot is a Malaysian brand run by Makers Inq Sdn Bhd that sells hands-on Art Science activity boxes for children. Each box comes with the materials and illustrated instructions for a set of activities and experiments, and the brand calls itself a pioneer of this kind of box in Malaysia. Alongside the boxes, the shop sells story and activity books meant as mess free entertainment for restaurants or travel, plus party packs and goodie bags that can be customised. Some products, such as a 3D solar system game and a kit themed on Journey to the Center of the Earth, lean clearly toward science. The site does not describe a recurring subscription plan, so expect to buy boxes one at a time rather than receive a monthly delivery. The shop ships to Malaysia and Singapore, with express shipping for the Klang Valley and Singapore and same day delivery on selected items ordered by 4pm. The main pages do not clearly give age ranges or the number of activities in each box, so check individual product pages before buying. The homepage still promotes pop-up events from June 2025, which suggests some content is not kept up to date. Overall it is a sensible local choice for parents who want guided projects that keep children off screens.
