What's in the box: A presentation box or tray of premium organic dates, often filled or chocolate coated, sometimes with gourmet extras such as Bateel's Dubai Date Chocolate.
Bateel is a Dubai brand that says it has worked with dates since 1936. Its organic dates, filled dates and gift packaging are a familiar sight in the Gulf during Ramadan and Eid. It is not a subscription service. You buy each gift box or tray on its own, and nothing renews. The range includes Medjool, Ajwa and Segai dates, filled dates, gourmet foods, and a newer Dubai Date Chocolate line of Segai dates filled with pistachio kunafa and coated in chocolate. Wooden gift boxes and corporate gift options make it a good fit for iftar visits, Eid hospitality and business gifts where presentation matters. On the US storefront, the Signature Collection costs $81, a medium Palm Gift Set of filled dates costs $88, and 1 kg of Medjool dates costs $72. Smaller items start around $17 to $28. The site lists 2-day delivery and free shipping on orders over $150, but it does not say which regions those terms cover. The quality and packaging are the main draw, and you pay a clear premium for both. If you want dates delivered on a regular schedule, or plain dates at a good price, you will have to set up repeat orders yourself or shop elsewhere. Bateel also runs boutiques and a rewards program.
