Beauteque BB Bag is not operating. The beauteque.com website no longer loads, and visitors now see an error page that says "This store is unavailable." We found no official closure notice. The most recent coverage of the box we could find is from December 2018, so it probably stopped shipping around then or soon after. While it ran, the BB Bag was a subscription from Beauteque, a US based online shop that sold Korean beauty products. Each bag centered on Korean skincare and usually included sheet masks along with other skincare items. The main draw was discovery. Subscribers could try brands and product types that were harder to find in US stores at the time without buying each item separately. The downside was that subscribers had little control, because the company picked the contents and not every product suited every skin type. The service no longer appears to exist, so there is no way to subscribe, manage an account or reach support through its website. If you still have an old account or saved payment details tied to it, check with your card issuer or payment provider rather than expecting a reply from the store.
