Ownership. Clube do Malte bought it from Wine in September 2019 and merged it into the Clube do Malte brand.
What's in the box: The site does not describe the subscription box contents, but its kits typically bundle several bottles or cans of craft or imported beer, sometimes with glasses or snacks.
Beer.com.br now opens as Clube do Malte. That Brazilian craft beer retailer bought the site from Wine in September 2019 and merged it into its own brand. What you get today is a full online beer shop with a subscription club attached, not a standalone box service. The menu covers a beer subscription, individual beers, the shop's own line, kits, glasses and souvenirs, and an outlet section. The front page is mostly promotional kits built around brands such as BrewDog, Duvel, Vedett, Heilige, Hocus Pocus and Campinas. Many are buy some, get more deals or come with free glasses. Sale prices on the kits shown run from about R$94,90 to R$129,90. Subscribers get roughly 10 percent off those prices, and that member discount is the clearest practical reason to sign up. The front page does not explain what goes into the subscription box, which plans exist or how often it ships, so read the Assinatura de Cerveja section before you commit. The mix of Belgian and Scottish imports with Brazilian craft breweries gives curious drinkers a fair range. On the downside, the shop feels busy and built around constant sales. If you remember Beer.com.br as a separate service, it no longer exists in that form.
