Biscuiteers

What's in the box: A tin or letterbox pack of hand-iced biscuits decorated around a theme, occasion or personalised message.

Biscuiteers calls itself the UK's original hand-iced cookie company, and its biscuits are iced by hand by artists at its London kitchen, nicknamed the Ministry of Biscuits, so no two are quite the same. The range is built around occasions: birthdays, Christmas, Halloween, thank you gifts, advent calendars and personalised designs. There are also licensed tins featuring characters such as Paddington Bear and the Moomins. Letterbox gifts are a strong point if you want something that arrives without anyone needing to be home. If you want a true subscription box, be aware that the site does not describe a recurring plan. Biscuiteers works as a gift shop you order from one occasion at a time. It has a loyalty points scheme and a reminders feature that prompts you before dates you save to your account. You can add a message, choose a delivery day, and send within the UK or abroad. Some popular personalised items do sell out, so order early for key dates. In April 2025 the business went into administration and was bought by its management a few days later, and it is still trading. You pay for craftsmanship and presentation more than for quantity, so it suits gifting far better than everyday snacking.
