What's in the box: When it operated, a box was meant to hold an assortment of dog goodies such as treats and toys.
BOXIE for Pets is no longer operating, and its website at boxie.co.za no longer loads. It was a South African subscription box for dogs. It worked like most dog boxes: owners received a recurring parcel of goodies for their pet. Boxes of this kind usually mix treats, chews and toys, and some add a grooming or care item, so a dog gets something new to try with each delivery. The appeal was convenience, plus a little surprise for owners who like spoiling their dogs without shopping for every item themselves. With the site offline, there is now no way to see plans, check what was included, manage an account or contact the company through its website. We do not recommend trying to sign up, and you should not send payment details to anyone who claims to take orders under this name. If you had an active subscription, check your bank or card statements for any ongoing charges and contact your bank if something looks wrong. Shoppers in South Africa who want something similar should choose a dog box that is still trading, has a working website and clear contact details, and publishes its pricing and cancellation terms before you commit.
