Cocktail Porter

What's in the box: There is no regular box; the closest thing is an order of premium bottled cocktails or a cocktail keg for home or event use.

Cocktail Porter is not really a subscription box. It is a mobile bar and hospitality business working along Australia's East Coast. It offers bartenders, mobile bar setups, kegged cocktails, champagne and cocktail towers, flair bartenders and full event management for corporate functions, private parties, weddings and brand activations. For home drinkers, the most relevant part is its range of bottled cocktails, which the company pitches for gifting, events and drinking at home. It also offers cocktail kegs that it says work for home entertaining without a bartender. The site does not describe a recurring delivery plan, a monthly box, or mixers and bar tools shipped on a schedule. If you want a classic cocktail kit subscription, look elsewhere. It makes more sense as a one-off order, such as a batch of ready-made cocktails for a party or a gift for someone who would rather pour than shake. The event side looks well developed, with services split clearly by occasion. That suggests a business built around hosting rather than teaching people to mix drinks. Check pricing and delivery areas directly before you plan around it. As a subscription it falls short, but as an event bar with a bottled range it is a reasonable local option.
