Craft a Brew has sold homebrew supplies since 2010, and The Craft Society is its beer subscription, built on the same recipe kits the company sells in its shop. Craft a Brew is best known for compact, all-in-one kits that scale brewing down to a size that fits a kitchen. It offers 1 and 5 gallon beer kits and more than 30 beer styles, so a subscription has plenty to draw from and members should get real variety over time. The company says it uses the same grains, hops and yeast that professional brewers rely on. It also backs first batches with its "We Got You" guarantee: if a batch goes wrong, the team will help you troubleshoot or replace what you need. Help is available through step-by-step instructions, video tutorials and email access to brewing staff, which matters for newer brewers. The downside is that the main site says very little about the subscription itself. It does not clearly state how often boxes ship, what each shipment costs, the batch size or how to pause or cancel, so read the subscription terms before you sign up. You also need basic brewing equipment, so a starter kit may be a sensible first buy. As a bonus, Craft a Brew supports charity: water and pledges 50 gallons of clean water for every gallon brewed.
