What's in the box: When it was running, each pack held a selection of Australian snacks and treats for expats missing home.
Dinkum no longer appears to be operating, and its website does not load. It launched in November 2020 to send packs of Australian snacks and treats to Australians living in the United States. The idea was simple: give homesick expats a taste of the foods they grew up with, which are often hard to find on American shelves. For anyone missing home, that was a thoughtful service and a handy gift idea. There has been no recent news on whether the company still trades. With the site offline, you have no clear way to order, manage a subscription, check what a box includes or contact customer support. We would not recommend signing up, or sending money to anyone claiming to represent Dinkum, unless the business comes back with a working website and clear terms. If you want Australian treats, try an import shop or snack box that is still running and openly lists its products, prices and shipping policies. If you subscribed before and have questions about past orders or charges, talk to your card provider, since the company may not answer. We will revisit Dinkum if it relaunches.
