What's in the box: A month of frozen, gently cooked meals made with chicken, salmon, turkey or beef plus vegetables, packed in daily portion bags sized for your dog.

Dogfy Diet is a Spanish fresh food subscription for dogs. You fill in a short profile covering your dog's weight, size, breed and preferences, and the company builds a personalised meal plan. The food is cooked slowly at low temperature, frozen and split into daily portion bags. The company says orders arrive within 72 hours. Deliveries come monthly, and you can pause or cancel whenever you like. There are four recipes: chicken, salmon, turkey and beef. Dogfy says each meal is about 60% meat or fish and 40% vegetables. The food is grain free, has added vitamins and minerals, and contains no colourings, preservatives or flavourings. The company says canine nutritionists develop the recipes and vets formulate them. The health figures on the site come from Dogfy's own customer surveys, so read them as marketing rather than independent results. Pricing is per day and goes up with your dog's size. For the smallest dogs it starts at 1.56 euros a day, with a promotional rate of 1.09 euros, and the site does not fully explain the promotion's terms. Larger dogs cost noticeably more, and fresh food usually costs more than kibble. You will also need freezer space and a daily thawing routine. The site is available in Spanish, French, Italian and German. For owners who want a convenient cooked diet without making it themselves, this is a well organised option.
