Closed. The website no longer loads. Mumbai-based box of Indian artisanal foods covered in 2013; no recent information on whether it still operates.

What's in the box: When it operated, each box held a curated selection of artisanal Indian foods from small and regional producers.

Eatopian Delights, also known as Eatopia, is no longer operating, and its website at eatopia.in no longer loads. The service was based in Mumbai and got some press attention around 2013 as a subscription box of Indian artisanal foods. Its aim was to introduce subscribers to products from small producers and regional food makers across India, the kind of items that rarely reach ordinary supermarket shelves, sent as a curated assortment. There is no recent sign that the company still takes orders or ships boxes. Do not try to subscribe or send payment through old links, social media pages or contact details you may come across. Details such as box sizes, delivery frequency and pricing can no longer be checked, so we have left them out. If you were looking for Eatopia because you enjoy discovering regional Indian foods, you can still do that elsewhere. Many Indian online marketplaces and gourmet stores now stock goods from small makers, and some subscription services focus on regional food. Before you commit to any of them, check that the service is active, read its terms and look for recent customer feedback. We will update this page if Eatopia comes back.
