What's in the box: When it operated, a box typically held ingredients for a set of home cooked meals along with recipe cards to follow.

Foodette is no longer operating, and its website no longer loads, so you cannot order a box from it today. When it was running, Foodette was a meal kit service for home cooks in France. It worked like most meal kits: you picked recipes, and a box arrived with the ingredients you needed and recipe cards to follow at home. The main appeal was spending less time on meal planning and grocery runs while still cooking real meals yourself. For busy households, that took much of the guesswork out of weeknight dinners. Since the service has closed, you can no longer check its plans, delivery areas or prices, and anyone with an old account should not expect more deliveries. If you still see a charge from Foodette on a bank statement, contact your bank about it. If you are in France and like the meal kit idea, look at services that are still trading. Compare their menus, portion sizes, delivery coverage and cancellation terms before you sign up. Foodette appears in this directory only as a record of a service that once operated in the French market. It is not an option for new orders, and we do not recommend trying to subscribe.
