What's in the box: A box you build yourself from sourdough loaves, bagels, rolls or pastries, plus optional extras like butter, jam and pantry goods.

Good In Bread is a UK bakery that delivers organic artisan sourdough nationwide. You can subscribe or place one-off orders. Emily, who grew up in Brittany and trained at Le Cordon Bleu London, founded it in 2020. Today the team bakes to order and delivers five days a week. You build your own bundle. Loaves include White Country, Wholewheat, Seeded and a Stoneground sourdough made without folic acid. You can add bagels, ciabattine rolls, brioche buns, pastries, flavoured butters, jams and other pantry items. There is also a rotating Loaf Of The Week, a freezer-ready range and a freezing guide on the site. Loaves start at about £5 to £6, which is normal for artisan sourdough but well above supermarket bread. Subscribers pick the frequency, delivery day and timeslot, and can adjust, skip or cancel at any time. The site advertises 30% off the first three subscription deliveries. Shipping is free on subscription orders over £15 and on one-off orders over £30. Delivery is described as nationwide, but the site also offers a delivery range checker, so check your postcode before ordering. The founder mentions a bake-at-home range for aspiring bakers, but the site does not say what those kits contain. Bread sent by courier will not taste quite as fresh as bread from a local bakery, so the freezer-ready options are worth using.
