HairClub is not really a subscription box. It is a hair restoration company that has been around since 1976 and works through local centers. Its main focus is hair loss treatment rather than wigs or hair extensions. Everything starts with a free in-person consultation. A specialist looks at your scalp with a detailed analysis to set a baseline, then builds a plan for you. The options run from prevention and regrowth programs, including a DNA-driven program called HairClub RX and laser therapy devices, to Xtrands+ custom-fitted hair systems, scalp micropigmentation and hair transplant surgery. The site says HairClub and Bosley are combining into what they call North America's largest hair restoration company. That means more choice, but it may also mean changes for current clients. Live phone specialists are available seven days a week, and financing is advertised from $129 a month, with an asterisk pointing to terms. The site does not list full program prices, so you will only find out real costs at a consultation. Shoppers who want a recurring package of hair products in the mail will not find one here. This is a better fit for people ready to commit to ongoing, in-person care for thinning hair or hair loss.
