HelloFresh Schweiz is the Swiss branch of the large international HelloFresh meal kit company. It calls itself the number one cooking box in Switzerland. Each week you pick dishes from a rotating menu, and the ingredients arrive at your door portioned to the gram for each recipe, with step-by-step cooking instructions. The menu covers a lot of ground. It has premium dishes for special occasions, balanced options such as high protein, low carb and vegan, international recipes, burgers and family-friendly meals, and seasonal dishes made with regional ingredients. You can also add desserts, snacks and other extras. HelloFresh says some ingredients come from regional suppliers. You manage the plan in the app, where you can choose meals, change your delivery day and time, pause deliveries or cancel whenever you like. Boxes can be left outside your door. The homepage does not show prices, so check the full cost and delivery terms before you sign up. Like most meal kits, it is a convenience purchase. It saves planning and shopping time and cuts food waste, but it usually costs more than buying the same groceries yourself. It also comes with more packaging. If you want structure and variety in your weeknight cooking, it is a solid, well-established choice.
