Homie Clean Food is a Thai prepared meal service that cooks in Bangkok and Pattaya and delivers ready-to-eat, macro-balanced dishes. Unlike a classic meal kit, there is no cooking involved. Meals arrive finished, with calories, protein, carbs and fat listed for each dish. The focus is clearly on high protein eating, with featured plates such as stir fried beef with asparagus and brown rice or grilled chicken paprika with truffle macaroni, priced individually from about ฿235 to ฿355. You can order single meals, choose a set program, or build a custom plan. The custom option runs 7 to 90 days, 1 to 4 meals a day, and 500 to 3,000 kcal daily, starting from ฿1,399 per week. Fixed programs include a 30 day Weight Loss plan at ฿16,499 for 60 meals and a 30 day Muscle Builder at ฿21,999 for 90 meals. Plans can be paused or cancelled at any time, and an Express menu offers instant delivery during opening hours. Ordering is also possible through iPhone and Android apps. The company says meals are preservative-free, checked by a registered dietitian, halal-friendly, allergen-labeled and prepared in a HACCP kitchen. Delivery appears limited to Bangkok and Pattaya, so shoppers elsewhere in Thailand will need another option. Full monthly programs are also a considerable expense compared with cooking at home.
