Hundewunderbox is no longer operating. The company shut down its monthly dog box in July 2014, and its website no longer loads. When it was running, it was a German subscription service for dog owners. It sent a parcel of dog products each month, and part of the appeal was the surprise of not knowing exactly what would arrive. It also gave owners a way to try items they might not have picked up in a regular pet shop. When it closed, the company sold off its remaining stock instead of continuing deliveries. You cannot subscribe anymore, so do not expect a box to arrive or anyone to answer support requests if you come across old links or mentions online. There is no public information on how outstanding subscriptions were handled, and former customers have no obvious place to go with questions today. If you like the idea of a monthly surprise for your dog, look at boxes that are still active in Germany. Before you commit, check their ingredient lists, whether they offer options for different dog sizes, and how cancellation works. Hundewunderbox was part of an early wave of German pet subscription boxes, but it closed years ago and is not an option now.
