What's in the box: The site does not describe its box contents, so a yarn and pattern focus is likely given its knitting theme but not confirmed.

Knittersbox is a Norwegian knitting site at knittersbox.no and is listed as a live subscription service. Right now, though, the site is mostly a blog. The front page has one article from October 2024 about the Riddari sweater. This is the well known Icelandic lopapeysa designed by Vedis Jonsdottir and knitted in Lettlopi yarn from Istex. The article is in Norwegian and covers Icelandic knitting traditions, the designer and the yarn. It is a pleasant read if you are curious about Icelandic colorwork. The problem is everything else. The site does not say what a box contains, how often it ships, what it costs or how to sign up. There are no product pages, sample boxes or subscriber details. The page also still shows default theme placeholder text, such as an empty sidebar notice. With only one post and no comments, it is hard to tell how active the business is. If you knit and read Norwegian, contact Knittersbox directly and ask what the subscription includes before you pay anything. Until the site clearly describes its offer, we cannot recommend it over established yarn clubs that publish their contents and terms.
