Moved. The old site now redirects to exploreloop.com. Loop phased out its standalone online store and now sells reusable packaging through retail partners instead.
What's in the box: When it ran, orders held brand name household and grocery products in durable, returnable containers shipped in a reusable tote.
Loop's US online store is no longer operating, and loopstore.com now redirects to exploreloop.com, where the company focuses on reusable packaging sold through physical retail partners. When the online store ran, Loop, created by the recycling company TerraCycle, let shoppers order everyday household and grocery products from familiar brands packaged in durable, refillable containers made from materials like glass and stainless steel. Orders arrived in a reusable shipping tote. Once the containers were empty, customers sent them back to be cleaned and refilled, and the deposit on each container was returned. It was less a curated surprise box and more a zero waste delivery service built around returnable packaging. The current site centers on in-store availability, and the retailers it highlights, Carrefour, Monoprix and Coopérative U, are all in France. It offers a retailer map, a product catalogue and a deposit app, and notes that Loop is not yet available in every country. The site does not describe any current way for US shoppers to get home delivery. If you want a zero waste household subscription in the US, Loop is not an option right now, and you will want to look at other refill or reusable packaging services instead.
