Lot18 is no longer operating. The company laid off its staff and shut down in 2023, and lot18.com now sends visitors to Firstleaf, a separate wine subscription. When it was running, Lot18 was a US online wine seller based in New York. It started out with flash sales of discounted bottles and later moved toward its own label wines and subscription shipments of selected bottles delivered to members' homes. People mostly knew it for a large, constantly changing catalog and easy, affordable wines for everyday drinking, not collector bottles. Since the business has closed, you can't join a Lot18 membership, reach Lot18 customer service, or order its wines through the old address. If you land on the old domain, you are looking at Firstleaf. Firstleaf runs its own personalized club that uses a taste quiz, adjusts future shipments based on your ratings, and lets you change delivery timing. It has its own terms, pricing and policies, so judge it as a separate service and not as a continuation of Lot18.
