You should not expect to place an order or reach customer service through the old site. When it was running, Miss Tutii was a Korean beauty subscription box for US customers. It sent a curated selection of K-beauty products on a recurring basis. Boxes like this usually focused on skincare, such as sheet masks, cleansers, serums and creams, sometimes with a cosmetic item or two. The idea was simple. It let you sample Korean brands that were harder to find in US stores at the time, without researching and importing products yourself. The company never posted a closure notice, so it is unclear exactly when shipments stopped or how remaining subscriptions were handled. If you once subscribed and still see recurring charges, contact your bank or card issuer, since the old website is gone. If you are interested in Korean skincare today, it is much easier to find than it was when Miss Tutii was active, and many retailers and other subscription services still carry it. There is no way to sign up for Miss Tutii, and we would not recommend trying.
