Mochy does not appear to be operating normally: its website, mochykid.com, no longer loads, and there is no sign that it is taking new orders. When it was running, this Hong Kong service sent families a monthly STEAM project kit covering science, technology, engineering, art and maths themes. Its projects were aimed at a very wide age range, from toddlers of about two up to teenagers of eighteen. The idea was simple. A new hands-on build or experiment arrived each month, so children had something practical to make at home, with a parent helping the younger ones. Because the site cannot be reached, there is no way to check current plans, prices, delivery terms or how to cancel an existing subscription. It is also unclear whether the company still supports past customers. If you subscribed before, check your card or payment account for any recurring charges, and contact your bank if payments continue without boxes arriving. If you want a monthly STEM kit in Hong Kong, choose a service that is clearly active, with a working website and visible contact details, rather than waiting for Mochy to return.
