Mr. Canary Bird Seed Subscription

What's in the box: Pre-filled Nyjer seed finch sock feeders, typically sold in multipacks.

Mr. Canary Company sells simple bird feeders, mainly Nyjer seed finch socks, and offers them on a subscription basis. The products are aimed at backyard feeders who want an easy way to attract finches without filling and cleaning a hard feeder. The company says it has worked since 1995 with The Arc of Greater Boone County in Lebanon, Indiana, where workers with physical and intellectual disabilities source, assemble, package and ship every product. For shoppers who care where their money goes, that is the strongest reason to choose this brand. The shop lists All-American Finch Socks in three-packs for $10.00 and a 13oz 'Birdie Bag' Nyjer sock feeder for $15.00, in yellow or green. The site does not clearly explain how the subscription works, including delivery frequency, plan options or how to pause or cancel, so check those terms before signing up. The range is narrow: if you want mixed seed, suet or feeders for larger birds, you will need to shop elsewhere. The site footer shows a 2017 copyright, which may mean the site is not updated often. Still, sock feeders are a low-effort, proven way to draw goldfinches, and a steady supply suits anyone who goes through them quickly.
