What's in the box: Each box held a mushroom grow kit meant for growing fresh mushrooms at home, typically a ready-to-fruit block with basic care instructions.
Mushroom Rush is no longer operating. Its website at mushroomrush.com no longer loads and shows only an expired website notice, so you can't order or manage a subscription. When it ran, the service sold mushroom grow kits on a monthly subscription to US customers. It was aimed at people who wanted to grow fresh mushrooms at home without building their own setup. Subscriptions like this are simple: a new kit arrives each cycle, you open it, keep it humid, and harvest a flush or two of mushrooms over the next few weeks. The site does not state which varieties were included, how often the kits changed, or how cancellations were handled. If you were a subscriber, check your bank or card statements to make sure no more charges are being made, and contact your card issuer if anything looks wrong. If you still want a steady supply of grow kits, look for a company that is still running and has a working website, clear contact details and a plain cancellation policy. Other sellers offer mushroom grow kits, and many sell them one at a time. That lets you try a variety before you commit to a recurring order. We do not recommend trying to sign up for Mushroom Rush.
