My Fancy Feast has shut down. Purina closed MyFancyFeast.com, took its last orders on July 30, 2026, and automatically cancelled all remaining subscriptions on July 31, 2026. The old address now leads to a Purina page answering questions about the closure. While it ran, the service let cat owners build their own variety packs of Fancy Feast wet food. You chose the recipes and the pack size and received them on a recurring schedule. That mix and match freedom was its main appeal, because store shelves usually carry fixed variety packs. Purina says it cannot currently offer a similar customizable option anywhere else. Fancy Feast recipes are still sold online and in stores. Purina also points shoppers to its Shop Purina storefront and the myPurina app, where purchases can earn rewards. Former customers can no longer log in to see their order history. For account or order questions, Purina lists help@myfancyfeast.com and 866-979-2470, Monday through Sunday, 8am to 5pm Central. New shoppers have nothing to sign up for. If your cat enjoyed a custom assortment, your best option now is to buy single flavor packs or retail variety packs and mix them yourself.
