What's in the box: A case of at least 6 bottles you pick yourself, paid for from your monthly credit, or a ready-made starter case.
Naked Wines runs a wine club built around independent winemakers. Members add a £25 credit to their account each month and decide when to spend it, and each order must be at least 6 bottles. You don't get a fixed monthly box. You pick your own wines, either by browsing or by taking a short quiz. The site says it works with more than 120 winemakers, and it profiles several of them, from Marlborough to Stellenbosch, so you can see who made what you're drinking. The intro offer is generous: 6 bottles for £39.99 or 12 for £69.99 on your first order. Starter cases include a red pack and mixed 12-bottle selections. The company says members save up to a third compared with similar wine sold elsewhere. Because the wines are exclusive to Naked, that claim is hard to check yourself. Other perks include credit back for a bottle you don't enjoy, free bottles on cases of 12 or more, wine advisors and live tasting events. The site says you can pause or cancel whenever you like. Still, the monthly credit is a standing commitment, so think about whether you'll really keep ordering. It suits regular drinkers who like choosing their own bottles.
