Petbox is no longer operating, and its website at petbox.be does not load, so you cannot order or manage a subscription through it. When it ran, Petbox was a subscription box for dog owners, aimed mainly at shoppers in Belgium, that delivered a recurring package of products for dogs. The exact box contents, plan options and pricing are not available, so we cannot say how it compared with other dog boxes in the region. Because the service appears to be closed, we do not recommend trying to sign up. Do not send payment to anything claiming to be Petbox unless there is clear confirmation that it has relaunched. If you had an active subscription, check your bank or card statements for recurring charges and contact your payment provider if you see any you did not expect. If you are in Belgium and want something similar, look at dog subscription boxes that are still trading and clearly state what they ship, how often they ship and how to cancel. A local pet shop is also a good option for choosing treats and toys that suit your dog's size, age and dietary needs. We will update this review if Petbox returns.
