Quilty Box

Paused.Paused subscriptions with the March 2022 box as its last before a hiatus; no relaunch found.

What's in the box: When it ran, each monthly box was built around a new quilting pattern from the Quilty Box team, and the site does not list what else came in it.

Quilty Box is not currently operating: it paused its subscription service after shipping the March 2022 box and announced a hiatus, and we have found no sign of a relaunch since. The website is still online, but its homepage opens with a note to subscribers explaining the pause instead of an option to subscribe. When it ran, Quilty Box was a monthly quilting subscription that had become part of the Paper Pieces family, a company known for English paper piecing supplies. The team said its focus was creating new patterns each month with quilters in mind. In its farewell note, the company blamed two years of shipping delays, product shortages and an uncertain economy, and said it was stepping back to rethink its model. It said subscribers who had paid for months beyond March 2022 would be refunded the difference by May 1, 2022. The site still shows Shop and Contact Us links, so former customers with questions may be able to reach the team there. The site does not say when or whether the subscription will return. If you want a monthly quilting box today, you will need to look elsewhere. If you liked this one, check the site now and then, but don't count on it coming back.
