Ritual

What's in the box: A recurring supply of your chosen Ritual supplements, such as a multivitamin, probiotic, protein or Creatine Greens, sent in the brand's own packaging.

Ritual is a US supplement brand that sells vitamins and wellness products mainly as recurring deliveries. The range is built around women's health. It includes a multivitamin for women 18+, prenatal and postnatal formulas, and a newer perimenopause product. It also covers gut health with Synbiotic+, skin with HyaCera, protein, and Creatine Greens, a newer blend for muscle and metabolism support aimed at people who exercise. Starter sets group several products together for people who want to begin with more than one item. Ritual's main selling point is transparency. It says its ingredients are traceable and that it tests for heavy metals, audits its supply chain for human rights, and funds clinical studies, some of them led by universities. Its products are described as vegan and non-GMO, and the site lists Clean Label Project certification. Few supplement companies share this much, so the brand suits shoppers who want to know where their ingredients come from. It has drawbacks. The formulas are kept deliberately minimal, so some buyers may find they contain fewer nutrients than a typical multivitamin. Most of the catalog is aimed at women, which makes Ritual less useful for a household that wants one brand for everyone. It is sold as a premium brand rather than a budget option. As with any supplement, check with a doctor before starting, especially during pregnancy.
