Sips by is no longer operating, and its website at sipsby.com does not load. As of October 2026, visitors get a Cloudflare origin DNS error (Error 1016) instead of the site. The company announced around May 2024 that it was ending its tea subscription, and its Cratejoy listing has since been archived. Some customers reported that boxes they had already paid for were never shipped. When it was running, Sips by was a US tea subscription built around personalization. New members filled out a taste profile quiz covering tea types, flavors and caffeine preferences, and each monthly box mixed teas from a range of independent and specialty brands chosen to match that profile. Members could rate the teas they tried, and those ratings were used to shape later selections. The appeal was discovery: rather than buying full packages from one company, subscribers could sample many brands and styles in small amounts. That model no longer exists under the Sips by name, and there is no way to subscribe, manage an account or contact support through the old website. We do not recommend trying to sign up or send payment to anyone claiming to represent Sips by. If you paid for boxes that never arrived, your card issuer or payment provider is the most realistic route for a dispute.
