Sole Crate is not currently operating, and its website at solecrate.com no longer loads, so there is no working way to subscribe, manage an account, or contact the company. When it ran, it was a US subscription box for sneaker fans that focused on accessories rather than the shoes themselves. The idea was to send a recurring selection of items for the sneakers people already owned, so collectors did not have to shop for each piece separately. The company does not state its pricing, how often boxes shipped, or exactly what each one held, and none of that can be checked now. Because the service cannot be reached, nobody can say what a box would contain today, whether orders would ship, or how to get support or a refund if something went wrong. We would not recommend paying for a subscription under the Sole Crate name unless the company comes back with a working site and clear terms. If you want this kind of product, buy sneaker care supplies, laces, or storage items from an established retailer, where you can see what you are getting before you pay. Until there is real evidence of a relaunch, treat Sole Crate as closed.
