What's in the box: When it was running, a box held cocktail mixers and bar extras packed to fit through a letterbox.

Stir-Up is no longer operating and its website no longer loads, so you can't order a box at the moment. It launched in February 2021 as a cocktail subscription for the UK. Its boxes were made to fit through a standard letterbox, so nobody had to be home to take a delivery. The service centred on cocktail mixers and bar tools for people who wanted to make drinks at home. We can't confirm how often boxes went out, how many cocktails each one made, or whether spirits were included, so we've left those details out rather than guess. The letterbox format suited a home cocktail habit well. It avoided missed deliveries and kept the packaging small. Still, a subscription that has stopped running has nothing to offer a shopper today. If you come across the Stir-Up name on another site, be careful with any sign-up page or offer, because there is no sign the service has restarted. If you think you still have an active payment linked to it, check with your bank or card provider. For now, it makes more sense to look at cocktail boxes that are still trading and have a working website.
