Sultans of Shave is a Singapore barbershop brand, not a subscription box in the usual sense. It was founded in 2013 and runs luxury barbering outlets at Circular Road near Raffles Place and at Palais Renaissance on Orchard Road. It has recently added hair wellness and head spa services. The site also offers a barber course and franchise information. Its online shop sells single grooming products, such as Barba Italiana Caronte Beard Potion at SGD 60, Boardwalk Strong Hold Pomade at SGD 36 and Boardwalk Style Lock Spray at SGD 30. The site does not describe any recurring box, monthly plan or scheduled delivery. If you want a curated grooming box that turns up on a schedule, you will not find one here. What you get instead is an established barber with a large archive of customer reviews, online booking and a small product range chosen for use in its own shops. That works well for men in Singapore who want to restock the pomade or beard product their barber uses. It is a poor fit for anyone outside Singapore, or for anyone who wants the surprise and convenience of a subscription.
