What's in the box: Each box is themed around one barbecue dish, such as ribs, brisket or pulled pork, but the site does not list what is actually inside.
The Pitmasters Guild is a small British barbecue brand that sells recipe boxes built around classic low and slow cooking, alongside its own branded merchandise. Its range includes a recipe box subscription and themed one-off boxes such as The One with the Sticky Ribs, The One with the Brisket and The One with the Pulled Pork. There has also been a limited edition Super Bowl Supply Box. Naming each box after a single barbecue classic is a good idea, because it suggests one focused cook rather than a random mix of products.
The main problem right now is availability. Every recipe box, including the subscription, is marked out of stock, so you cannot order one. The site also does not say what goes into each box, how often subscription boxes ship or what they cost. That makes it hard to judge value even if stock comes back.
What you can buy today is merchandise: embroidered sweatshirts and aprons, butchery chart T-shirts, mugs, an enamel mug and stickers, priced from £2.75 to £24.99. These are reasonable gifts for a barbecue fan. Contact is by email only. You can sign up for the newsletter, which is probably the best way to find out if the boxes return. Until then, this is a brand to keep an eye on rather than a box you can buy.
