What's in the box: Each box held 16 or more hands-on activities and games, a book, crafts and a Parent Guide with instructions and learning goals.
The Preschool Box no longer runs as its own service. Its old address, thepreschoolbox.com, now redirects to Subscription Box Kids, and the original standalone site is gone. When it ran, it was a monthly learning box for children ages 3 to 5, meant to get them ready for kindergarten. It was a general early learning curriculum, not a pure math and logic kit, and it mixed letters, phonics and reading readiness with number work. The math lessons covered counting and number recognition up to 20, sorting by size and color, flat and 3D shapes, AB, ABC and ABB patterns, ordinal numbers, simple addition and subtraction, graphing, skip counting, counting to 100 and measuring. The program was a sequence of 12 boxes, each building on the one before. It ended with an end of year assessment and a preschool diploma. Each box held 16 or more activities, a book, crafts and a Parent Guide with instructions and learning goals, so parents had little to prepare. The page it now redirects to mentions digital and buddies versions, but it does not explain how those differ. Because the service has been folded into another brand, shoppers should not assume it works the way it used to and should check directly with the current owner.
