What's in the box: When it operated, a box was built around curated yarn for knitting or crochet projects, along with project ideas to go with it.
Yarn Crush is no longer operating. Its website does not load, subscription directories list it as inactive, and its domain is up for sale. The company does not seem to have posted a formal closure announcement, so there is no official word on what happened or on any orders still outstanding. When it was running, Yarn Crush was a US-based subscription for knitters and crocheters. It sent yarn to subscribers at home, along with ideas for what to make with it. The appeal was the surprise. Instead of choosing skeins yourself, you got a curated selection that could push you toward new fibers, colors or projects. Because the service has closed, we cannot recommend signing up, and you should be careful with any site or seller using the Yarn Crush name today. If you once subscribed, check your bank or card statements for recurring charges and contact your card issuer if anything unexpected appears. If you want a similar experience, look for yarn subscription boxes that are shipping now and have clear, current policies on billing, skipping months and cancelling. There is no current pricing, plan or shipping information to share for Yarn Crush.
