APOCABOX is a US survival subscription that ships a box of survival tools and printed knowledge every other month. The core APOCA-BOSS plan costs $50 plus $10.95 shipping per box. The APOCABOX PLUS tier costs $75 plus $10.95 and adds one or two higher-end items to the standard contents. There is also a 1 Year Stock Up plan covering seven boxes. When you subscribe you are charged right away and a welcome box ships the same day. After that, billing moves to the 1st of the next box month and boxes ship on the 15th. The company says many of its items are custom made for the box and not sold anywhere else. That is appealing for collectors, but you can't check it before you buy beyond looking at past box photos. The terms are fair: there's no contract, you can cancel at any time, and the site says you can return any box for a refund. Because boxes come every other month, the cost is spread out. Still, at just under $61 delivered per box, the value depends on whether you enjoy surprise themed gear more than picking your own. Subscriptions are open to US addresses only. Expect a mix of tools and gadgets, not a complete emergency kit built to a plan.
