What's in the box: Each box holds a curated mix of motorcycle gear and apparel from smaller brands, picked to suit your bike type, size and style.
Biker Gear Club sells monthly or quarterly boxes of motorcycle gear and lifestyle items, sorted by the kind of bike you ride. There are four styles: Vintage and Cafe Racer, Standard and Cruiser, Sport and Street Rider, and Adventure and Motocross. Each comes in men's and women's versions, and you also choose your size and how often you want a delivery. Every box costs the same, $69 a month or $179 a quarter, with shipping added on top. The site says you can switch box types, skip months and cancel at any time. The club says it focuses on smaller brands and promises up to 50 percent off what the gear would normally cost. You can't check that claim yourself because the site doesn't list what goes in each box or what the items are worth. Its shop gives a rough idea of the brands it works with, including 100% goggles, Deus apparel, Roland Sands Design jackets and Gamamoto gloves. Shipping costs aren't stated up front, so the real price isn't clear until checkout. The homepage also still shows a countdown for a September box cutoff, which makes it hard to tell how current the site is. If you're happy to let someone else pick gear that suits your style of riding, this is a reasonable pick, but don't count on getting a specific item.
