What's in the box: A surprise selection of comics or manga chosen by the service rather than the subscriber.

BlindBox Comics is no longer operating. It stopped taking subscriptions and sent its final shipment around March 2017, and its website no longer loads. When it was running, it was a US subscription service for comics and manga readers that mailed a selection of books to subscribers on a recurring basis. As the name suggests, the appeal was the surprise. Subscribers did not pick individual titles. Each box arrived with books chosen for them, which made it a way to find series outside a reader's usual pull list. Details such as pricing, box sizes and how titles were selected are no longer available from the company, so we cannot describe them with confidence. Because the service has closed, there is nothing to order, and any site or seller still using the BlindBox Comics name should be treated with caution. Readers who like the idea of a surprise comics delivery have other choices today, including subscriptions from active retailers and the pull list programs many local comic shops offer, which can mix your chosen titles with staff recommendations. If you were a past subscriber with an unresolved order or charge, your card issuer or payment provider is likely the most practical place to start, since the company does not appear reachable through its old website.
