Book Gang calls itself the biggest book club in Portugal. Its monthly box is built around one idea: the best books by women published in Portugal each month, picked by curator Helena Magalhães. The site says the picks are meant to suit different generations and kinds of readers, and the main goal is to get people reading again. You can subscribe for a year, six months or three months, with payment taken automatically every month. Prices start at 26,40€ a month. You can also buy a single box, or buy the month's books one at a time from the online bookshop, which helps if you only like some of the picks. Each box comes with reading goodies.
