BoxyCharm no longer runs as a separate service, and its old website at boxycharm.com now redirects to ipsy.com. When it ran, BoxyCharm was a US monthly beauty subscription known for sending full-size makeup and skincare products rather than the small samples common in other boxes. A box usually held a handful of items such as palettes, lipsticks, brushes, serums and creams, often from well-known or trending brands. IPSY bought the company in 2020, and the BoxyCharm name was later folded into IPSY's business. The page that loads today is IPSY's own homepage. It promotes IPSY subscription tiers named Ultimate, Extra, Original and Wellness, along with a quiz that personalizes monthly deliveries. That is a different product under a different brand, so don't assume BoxyCharm's box contents, plans or policies carry over. There is no current BoxyCharm service to rate, and we do not recommend trying to subscribe through the old address. Former subscribers with account, billing or order questions should contact IPSY's help center, since the redirect suggests IPSY now handles anything tied to the old domain. If you want a beauty box today, look at services that are still running.
