What's in the box: A themed bag, box or nécessaire with three to eight or more beauty products from various brands, covering makeup, skincare, hair and body care.
Glam, the Brazilian beauty brand long known as Glambox, has grown from a single monthly box into a subscription club combined with an online cosmetics store. There are three monthly formats. The glambag is a themed bag with three or more products, starting at R$ 64,90 a month. The glambox comes as a box, nécessaire or bag with five or more products, starting at R$ 99,90. The glamcombo pairs a box with a bag and holds eight or more products, starting at R$ 159,90. Each tier comes in Clássico and Premium versions, and each monthly edition has a theme. The current one is called Bloom. Glam quotes a market value for each tier, but that is a retail figure, not a measure of how much you will actually use. Every box plan includes glampass, a store membership you can also buy on its own for R$ 24,90 a month. It gives you club prices in the shop, points you can trade for products, 50% off shipping and personalized recommendations. The store stocks a wide mix of brands, from Brazilian names like Eudora and Karen Bachini to La Roche-Posay and the Korean skincare brand Anua. The main drawback is that you do not choose what goes in your box, so some items may not suit you. The homepage also does not explain how Clássico differs from Premium.
