CurlBox has closed and is no longer operating. Founder Myleik Teele shut it down in July 2023 after 11 years, and that month brought its final box and its last day of sales. The website now shows only a thank you message, so there is nothing to order and no subscription to start. When it was running, CurlBox was a monthly hair care subscription for people with curly, coily and textured natural hair. Each box held a small selection of styling and care products, often from smaller and Black-owned brands. It let subscribers try new items without buying a brand's full line first. Over its long run it became one of the better known beauty boxes made for the natural hair community, and it introduced many shoppers to brands they might not have found on their own. It also had the usual limits of a curated box. You could not choose every item, and not every product suited every curl pattern or routine. If you want something similar today, look at other textured hair boxes or buy from the brands directly. Anyone with an old CurlBox account should not expect more shipments or support through the site.
