What's in the box: Each delivery contains one or more scented stone blocks, and starter kits add one or two magnetic visor clips.
Drift is a car air freshener subscription, not a detailing kit, so set your expectations before you sign up. Scentbird, the fragrance subscription company, has owned it since October 2022. The main product is a scented stone block that attaches by magnet to a metal clip on your sun visor. You pick a scent, or take the scent of the month, and a new one arrives every month. Regular scents include Cabana, Amber, Teak, Grove and Pine. Limited and licensed scents such as Twilight and John Wick cost $2 extra each. Your first order can be a starter kit, which includes one visor clip for a single scent or two clips for two or more scents. After that you can order refills only. The site says you can change your scent, change how often it ships or cancel at any time, which is what you want from a monthly add-on. Drift describes its scents as premium and made with clean ingredients and natural materials, but the site does not list full ingredients. A single subscription stone was listed at $16.00 instead of $18.95, with free shipping, and multipacks get bigger discounts. If you want washes, waxes or cloths, look elsewhere. If you just want your car to smell nice with little effort, Drift does that well.
