LitJoy Crate Magical Subscription

Closed.LitJoy announced the end of its Magical Subscription on August 15, 2023, with a final 'Take Me Home' crate.

What's in the box: When it was running, a typical box held themed wizarding-world collectibles, accessories and home goods built around one monthly idea.

LitJoy Crate's Magical Subscription has closed and no longer takes subscribers. LitJoy announced its end on August 15, 2023, and the last box sent out was a final crate called 'Take Me Home'. While it ran, it was a recurring box for fans of Harry Potter and the wider wizarding world. Each box had a theme and held collectible items, accessories and home goods that drew on spells, schools, creatures and other parts of that fantasy setting. It suited readers who wanted their love of the series to show up around the house, not just on a bookshelf. LitJoy is still trading, but it now focuses on signed and special edition books, book box sets and gifts for readers. Its site no longer lists the Magical Subscription. It now promotes a separate book box subscription built around special editions of novels, and that is a different product with a different focus. Anyone hoping to replace the wizarding crate should look at it closely before assuming it is similar. People who already own items from the Magical Subscription may still find them on resale markets. You cannot get new boxes from LitJoy, and nothing suggests the service will return.
