Managed by Q is no longer operating, and its old web address now shows an unrelated blog about resource management. The company was founded in New York in 2014. It was an office services platform for businesses, not a mail-order subscription box. Offices could book recurring cleaning through it. The platform also arranged handyman work, IT help, supply and snack restocking and other workplace tasks, using its own staff and a marketplace of outside vendors, all managed from one app. It was best known in large US cities, with New York at its core. WeWork bought the company in 2019 and sold it to Eden, another workplace management platform, in early 2020 for a reported $25 million. The Managed by Q brand was retired after that sale. The old domain has no account system, customer support or ordering. The contact email on the current site has no confirmed connection to the original service, so former customers should not expect help there. If you want office snacks or facilities help today, you will need to choose a different provider that is actively operating.
