The #MuslimGirlArmy Care Package is no longer operating, and its website at xo.muslimgirl.com no longer loads. It came from Muslim Girl, the online publication founded by Amani Al-Khatahtbeh, and launched in November 2016 as a monthly subscription box for Muslim women in the US. The idea was to extend the publication's community into something physical: a regular package of curated items chosen with Muslim women in mind, sent to readers who wanted to support a brand that spoke to them. It fit naturally with Ramadan and Eid gifting, since a box like this could double as a small seasonal treat or a present for a friend. Details such as pricing, shipping and the exact contents of each month are no longer available, so it is hard to judge how it compared with other faith-based boxes. What can be said is that it filled a real gap at the time, as few mainstream subscription boxes catered specifically to Muslim women. If you want a Ramadan or Eid box today, you will need to look elsewhere, because this one cannot be ordered and there is no sign it will return. Anyone who still has an old account should not expect further shipments or customer support through the former site.
