My Craft Master

What's in the box: Each monthly box contains one surprise craft project with all the materials needed and access to a video tutorial.

My Craft Master is an Australian craft kit shop that also runs a monthly subscription box. It sits in our soap and candle making category, but it is really a general craft brand. Candle making appears as a single DIY Sand Candle Making Kit, and the site does not list any soap kits. The wider range covers moss rugs, fairy mushroom lamps, pressed flowers, pearl jewellery, basket weaving, wood burning, paper quilling, foam clay, string art and more. The subscription, called the Discovery Kit Subscription and priced at A$50.00, promises a surprise project each month. The site does not say which crafts rotate through the box, so there is no guarantee you will get candles or soap. Every kit is pitched as complete, with no extra shopping needed, and includes beginner friendly video tutorials. Shipping within Australia is free, and international shipping is available. Most single kits cost between A$49 and A$69, while the larger moss rug kits run from A$100 to A$220. The shop also caters to group events such as craft parties and hen's parties. If you want variety and a gentle introduction to many hobbies, this is a sensible pick. If you specifically want to build candle or soap making skills, a dedicated supplier will serve you better.
