What's in the box: The site does not list a box's contents, but you can expect children's books in Traditional Chinese, such as picture books, bridge books and novels from the publisher's own catalog.
親子天下 (CommonWealth Parenting) is one of Taiwan's best-known parenting media brands, and it also publishes a large list of children's books. My Reading Box comes out of that background. The main site, though, focuses on articles, events, online courses, a Premium membership and a baby growth tracker. It does not explain how the reading box works, what it costs or how often it ships, so it is hard to judge as a subscription before you sign up. The publishing side is the real draw. Recent releases on the site include bridge books such as 甘丹小學 and 達克比辦案, picture and activity books on science topics like water and fire, translated favorites such as 怪傑佐羅力, and novels for older readers. If a box draws from this catalog, families get Traditional Chinese books that suit Taiwanese children and their school reading levels. The catch is that a box built around one publisher may offer less variety than one that mixes books from many publishers. Parents who already buy 親子天下 titles may also get books they own. Check the box's own sign up page for age ranges, pricing and cancellation terms before you commit. For families who already trust the brand, it is a reasonable way to keep new Chinese language books coming.
